At White Water Property Services, we offer consulting and services tailored to Homeowners Associations (HOAs) as well as Community Managers. Our Homeowners Associations Include:
- On- Site Visits – We are happy to have on site meetings with Community Managers as well as Board Members to discuss the services needed.
- Proposals – We are able to craft detailed proposals that clearly outline project costs, funding sources, and anticipated cost benefits, if applicable. Our collaborative approach ensures that each proposal aligns with the community’s goals and budgetary needs.
- Bids- Our team manages the process of obtaining and reviewing bids from qualified contractors for various community projects. For smaller projects with a quick turnaround required, we can provide a bid in lieu of a proposal for your Association’s convenience
- Association Financing – We can work with the Association to facilitate financial arrangements for larger repairs and maintenance within the community. Our priority is to ensure that repairs are addressed promptly and efficiently, keeping costs within budget while maintaining the quality and integrity of your neighborhood.
- Follow-Up & Preventative Maintenance Programs – We would like the opportunity to assist the Association in protecting its investment when we can. Whether installed by White Water Property Services or by another provider, we believe that consistent maintenance and oversite of capital improvements such as roofs, fences, electrical wiring, and other projects, can effectively minimize and offset additional expenses in the future.
